摘要
现有的平板式导热系数测定仪存在测量时间长,操作不便等问题。针对这些问题,本课题研制了一种以微处理器ARM为核心的新型双平板式导热系数测定仪。其方法是通过嵌入式C/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统和友好的人机界面实现仪器的全自动控制、数据采集和处理以及导热系数的计算、显示和打印输出。其测量精度符合导热仪国家标准,并具有测量时间短、数据准确、自动化程度高、体积小等优点,是现代化的智能仪器。该仪器可以广泛用于耐热和保温材料的生产企业、相关质量检验部门和单位、高等院校和研究所等科研单位。
currently some obvious defects can be found in existing double flat thermal conductivity instrument such as long time measuring, complicated operation etc. To solve these problems, we developed a new instrument with ARM as its MCU, which can achieve full automatic controlling, data collection, processing and calculating thermal conductivity coefficient, as well as displaying and printing measuring results by using embedded real time operation system OS C/OS- Ⅱ and friendly interface. The measuring precision of this instrument meets the requirements of the nation standard, and the intelligent instrument also shows its superiority in measuring time, accuracy, automatic degree and size aspects, which contributes itself capable of broad use in heat-resistant and preservation materials companies, relevant quality assessment departments, colleges and research institutes.
