文中通过对欧茨的《布鲁德斯摩传奇》主题与人物形象的分析,探讨该小说同路易莎.梅.阿尔考特的《小妇人》的互文关系,说明欧茨运用滑稽模仿的后现代创作手法对罗曼司这一创作体裁的吸收与逾越,强调欧茨的女性主义创作视角的重要意义,凸显历史文本中女性缺席和受贬抑的事实。
This paper analyzes the theme and characters in Oates' "Bloodsmour Romance" and its intextuality with "Little Women" by Louise May Alcott. This analysis illustrates that Oates' post-modernist parody inherits and surpass such a romance style, emphasizes the significance of Oates' feminist perspective, and highlights the fact female absence and degradation in historical texts.
