摘要
介绍了高分子材料的光老化机理,碳弧灯老化和氙弧灯老化仪器的基本结构和特点,并以NES M0141要求的两种老化试验方法、试验条件为基础,论证了汽车外装部件进行老化试验时,氙弧灯代替碳弧灯的可行性。
Light weathering theory,basic structures and characteristic of carbon arc lamp and xenon are lamp acceleration weathering tester have been described. Based on test conditions of these two acceleration weathering methods in NES M1041, possibility is discussed on Xenon Are Lamp Acceleration Weathering Test Substituting Sunshine Carbon Arc Lamp Acceleration Weathering Test in vehicle 'acceleration weathering tests.
