摘要
主要对现有规范中的整桨静平衡方法进行了拓展,给出了通过试验数据计算静平衡用工艺装置的心轴的摩擦力矩和整桨的偏心距的方法,弥补了原有规范中方法的不足,并给出了三叶至七叶螺旋桨的具体计算公式,方便工程技术人员的具体应用。
The supplement of the static balancing methods for the whole propeller in present rules is introduced. The method is given to calculate the static balancing for the tool set of friction moment of the arbor and eccentric distance of the whole propeller by the test data. The calculation formulas for the whole propeller which varies from three blades to seven blades can be applied easily for engineering design.
