摘要
多叶光栅(MLC)是一种机电一体化的产品,是实行精确放疗的重要设备,除满足射野挡块的功能外,还满足旋转照射、调强等新技术的要求。多叶光栅与治疗机配套使用,有内置式和外挂式两类,其叶片加工难,传动机构精细,控制系统复杂,主机系统空间狭小,生产有一定的困难。叶片的结构、材料、加工、传动机构、准确定位、位置的适时检查与修正是多叶光栅设计的关键。
Multileaf collimator (MLC) is an advanced intelligent mechatronics product, it is a main equipment for the accurate radiation treatment. Beside it has a function of radiation field compensator block, it provides with arc radiation therapy and intensity-modulated radiation therapy new technologies. Multileaf collimator (MLC) must be used together with treatment machine, it can be set inside or hang outside. The leaf of MLC is difficult to produce, the transmission machine is precise, the control system is complex, the space of mainframe is small, so it is difficult to produce. The structure, material, process, transmission system, accurate orientation of a leaf, the position check and revise of a leaf are the main questions of MLC design.
