摘要
本文报告65例带状疱疹中有12例有肝功能损害，可能为病毒经血行播散引起的一过性的带状疱疹性肝炎，其肝脏损害随年龄的增长而增多，说明老年患者，免疫功能降低，易合并内脏损害。
The article reported 65 cases herpes zoster, 12 of them suffered from hepatic damage. The zoster hapatitis might be caused by hematogenous disseminated virus. The incidence of the hepatitis increased along with the grow of the age,which proved that the immunologic inadequacy on aged people is the reason of complicated hepatitis.
