摘要
在分析虚拟样机技术特点基础上,建立了由协同设计支撑平台、产品模型、虚拟样机引擎和虚拟现实可视化环境4部分组成注塑机虚拟样机工程的体系结构,优化了虚拟样机开发流程,阐述了虚拟样机技术产品开发的关键技术。有效地精简物理样机的制作,提高开发效率,减少开发时间,降低开发成本。
Based on analyzing the characteristics of virtual prototyping technology (VPT), the architecture composed with cooperative design supported flat, product model, virtual prototyping engine and virtual reality environment for injection molding machine design is established. The development technology process is optimized. The key technologies to develop products based on VPT were discussed. The process of manufacturing the true prototype is simplified. The exploitation efficiency is improved, and exploitation cost is reduced.
