摘要
建立耳聋左慈丸中马钱苷和丹皮酚含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。色谱柱：Diamonsil C18,流动相分别为乙腈-甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（10∶5∶85）和甲醇-水（70∶30）。马钱苷的线性范围为0.128～1.28μg,r=0.99999,回收率为98.98%,RSD为0.70%（n=6）;丹皮酚的线性范围为0.04～0.4μg,r=0.9999,回收率为98.91%,RSD为0.73%（n=6）。本法操作简便,结果准确。
A HPLC method for the determination of Loganin and Paeonol of Erlong zuoci Pills was established. A Diamonsil C18 was used. The mobile phase： acetonitrile- methanol- 0. 1% phosphoric acid （10：5 ： 85） and acetonitrile-water （70 ： 30） . The linear range was 0. 128～1.28μg for loganin with r =0. 99999 and 0.04～0.4μg for paeonol with r=0. 9999. The average recovely rate was 98. 98% （RSD= 0.70%, n=6） for loganin and 98.91% （RSD=0. 73%, n=6） for paeonol. The method is simple and accurate,
