摘要
目的：建立一种高效液相色谱法测定暖宫孕子胶囊中芍药苷含量的方法.方法：用C18ODS2色谱柱;以甲醇-0.05moL/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-醋酸-异丙醇（67：173：4：4）为流动相;流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为230 nm;柱温为25℃.结果芍药苷在0.087～0.435 ug范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为96.4%（RSD=1.2%）.结论该方法简便、快捷、准确.
Objective Establish a HPLC method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Nuangong Yunzi Pill. Methods The determination was performed on C18 ODS（5 um,4.6 mm × 250 mm） column, the mobile phase consisted of Methanol - （ 0.05 moL/L） KH2 P3O4 - aceticacid-isopmpanol （ 67： 173 ： 4： 4）, the detection wavelength was set at 230nm , the flow rate at 1.0 mL/min, and column temperature was 25 ℃. Results Good linear relation was achievedwhen sample size ranged at 0.087 ～ 0.435 ug（r = 0.9997）, and the average recovery at 96.4% （RSD = 1.2% ）. Conclusions The method was simple, rapid and accurate.
