摘要
在人类通向信息社会的道路上,国际互联网扮演着越来越重要的角色,它使人类的生产方式和生活方式发生着深刻变化,也给学校管理工作带来了全新的挑战和机遇。本文将从网络时代背景下的学校组织模式的变化入手,着力探讨网络给传统学校管理带来的积极变化以及我们所面对的挑战和应对的策略。
On the way of information society, internet plays more and more important role. It makes mode of production and life style of human beings changed profoundly ; at the same time, brings new challenges and op- portunities for school management. This article discusses, from organization of school transformation under the information age, the positive changes on traditional management of school brought by internet context, and the challenges facing us and countermeasures.
