摘要
[目的]了解河南省放射卫生监督管理工作状况,为今后工作提供参考依据。[方法]汇总、整理河南省各地市、各县区卫生监督机构依据省卫生厅有关文件精神,对放射卫生监督检查的报表资料进行分析。[结果]对于被检放射设备应用单位,许可证持有率分别为100%,95.45%,91.50%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.540,P﹥0.05);应用的射线装置与许可的范围相符;放射工作人员许可证持有率分别为93.94%,89.08%,81.93%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.835,P﹤0.05);放射设备使用和储存场所警示标识配置率分别为100%,100%,76.25%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.59,P﹤0.05);操作现场工作人员个人计量计佩戴率分别为96.55%,94.39%,74.53%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=87.306,P﹤0.05);放射工作人员体检率分别为91.53%,90.81,73.71%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=61.538,P﹤0.05)。[结论]该省应进一步规范放射卫生管理制度,特别加强放射诊断单位放射管理工作,保障放射从业人员及广大公众的健康安全。
[Objective]To study the status of supervision and management of radiation hygiene in Henan province,and to provide basis for improving health supervision.[Methods]The radio-test records from units of radiation hygiene in every city and county in Henan province in 2005 were collected and analyzed.[Results]For the three kinds of the investigated institutions with radioactive appliances,the holding rates of licences were 100%,95.45% and 91.50%,respectively,and there was no significant difference（P﹥0.05）;the license holding rates of workers were 93.94%,89.08% and 81.93%,respectively;the setting rates of warning signs were 100%,100% and 76.25%,respectively;the adorned rates of personal radiacmeter were 96.55%,94.39% and 74.53%,respectively;the rates of physical examination of the workers were 91.53%,90.81% and 73.71%,respectively;there were significant differences for every rate above in the three kinds of institutions（P﹤0.05）.[Conclusion]We should standardize the supervision system of radiation hygiene,especially enforce the management work of radiation diagnosis institutions in Henan province,so as to assure the health of workers and the public.
