摘要
本文旨在对虚拟企业战略管理的基础理论问题——虚拟企业的战略结构进行初步的探讨。论文在总结基于实体企业的传统战略管理理论范式的基础上提出了虚拟企业战略管理的理论范式,分析了虚拟企业战略管理实践与传统战略结构理论的矛盾。在以上理论准备的基础上,提出了虚拟企业战略结构的"导弹模型",阐述了该模型的结构、意义和核心思想,并以典型的虚拟企业——美国耐克(NIKE)公司为例进行了理论分析。该模型的提出为进一步深入研究虚拟企业战略管理问题打下了理论基础,提供了基本思路和框架。
The purpose of this paper is the elementary research of the basic theoretical problem-strategic structure of virtual enterprises. Firstly, put forward the theoretical paradigm of the virtual enterprises' strategic management on the basis of the summarizing of traditional strategic management paradigm of enterprises entity. Then, analyzed the contradiction between the strategic management of virtual enterprises and the traditional strategic theory. Thirdly, constructed the "missile model" of virtual enterprises' strategic structure on the basis of such theoretical preparation, expound the structure, sense and core idea of the model. Finally, analyzed the typical virtual enterprise-NIKE as a case. The establishment of the model made the theoretic foundation for the further research on the strategic management of virtual enterprises, provided the basic theoretical method and frame.
