摘要
对于洁净厂房的新风空调机组来说,一方面,在冰雨天气或者大雾的天气时,存在冰粒阻塞预过滤器的隐患;另一方面,在冬季,给新风预热时预热盘管容易发生冻结。通过比较3种不同的方案:二通阀控制、三通阀控制和混水站,分析各方案的优缺点。结合工程实际,发现采用二通阀和循环水泵构成的混水站的方案可以有效的避免预热盘管冻结,达到预热新风的目的,通过分析实例,确定了这一混水系统的各个组成部分。
As for the clean room fresh air conditioner, on one hand ,when the weather of ice-rain or fog comes, it is possible - that the ice grain will block the pre-filters; on the other hand, the pre-heating coils freeze easily. By comparing three kind of method, two-way valve control, three-way valve control and mixing water system, the merit and defect of each method was analyzed. Connecting the practical engineering, It was found that the method of mixing water system could void the pre-heating coils freezing and pre-heat the fresh air. And then through analyzing the example, confirm the constitution of this mixing water system.
