摘要
设计了高粘度改性沥青配制的钢箱梁桥面SMA铺装层,并利用HBW高强度界面胶对钢桥面板进行糙化处理。该钢箱梁桥面的组合铺装技术方案,其SMA铺装层的抗高温车辙能力、抗裂性、界面抗剪切强度、疲劳寿命等都得到显著提高,70℃车辙动稳定度在5 000次/mm左右,60℃界面抗剪切强度达到1.42 MPa,铺装层疲劳寿命在200万次以上。该技术方案已成功应用于武汉市白沙洲大桥的桥面修补工程中。
The SMA using high-viscosity modified asphalt and the roughed deck using HBW epoxy glue are designed for steel box girder bridge pavement. The asphalt pavement rutting at high temperature, the crack resistance, shearing strength, fatigue life etc are improved largely. The rutting at 70℃ reaches to about 5 000 cycles/mm, the shearing strength climbs to 1.42 MPa and the fatigue life of pavement exceeds 2 000 000 beats. The design is succeed in the repairing project of Baishazhou Yangtrize River Bridge in Wuhan City.
