以高硫石油焦为燃料煅烧水泥熟料的技术对策 被引量:1

摘要 高硫石油焦作为水泥熟料煅烧的燃料将导致烧成系统高温区(分解炉、烟室)结皮堵塞和环境污染(NOx、SOx含量超标)等问题。我们的对策是:(1)采用低温生料分料至窑尾烟室的工艺使烟气中SO_2气体与冷生料快速结合凝结防止结皮;(2)优化设计,使分解炉、燃烧器和烟室的结构符合石油焦燃烧特性;(3)注重原料特性和生产操作,选用符合K^+、Na^+含量要求的原料,控制石油焦粉细度、一次风量等。 Combustion of high-sulfur petcoke in clinker manufacturing will lead to problems like accretion and obstruction in high-temperature zone of pyro-processing system(calciner,smoke chamber)and/or environment contamination(content of NOx and SOx exceeding allowable level).Our countermeasures consist in:(1)feeding partial low temperature raw materials directly to smoke chamber at kiln inlet,to which SO_2 gas in smoke will rapidly condensed with cold raw materials to prevent it from accretion;(2)optimizing the structural design of calciner,burner and smoke chamber to make them in conformance with the combustion properties of petcoke;(3)paying attention to raw material properties and operational status,selecting raw materials with eligible K+ and Na+ content,as well as controlling fineness of petcoke powder and primary air flow rate,etc.
