摘要
全面预算管理是寿险公司企业管理的一项重要手段,此前由于受到信息技术的制约,先进的预算管理思想不能在寿险公司得到有效的落实。数据集市技术、数据整合技术促进了预算管理流程的优化,这些技术在寿险业实践中收到了很好的效果。
Overall Budgetary Management is one of the important enterprise management methods in life insurers. Limited by information technology, the advanced idea of budgetary management was unable to be carried out effectively before. Data mart and data integration technology optimize the budgetary management process and sound effect has come out in life insurers.
