摘要
分析了8个不同海拔阶梯(1400m、2260m、2500m、3000m、4000m、4570m、4850m、5180m)2941例不同适应水平群体心电图P波类型及7项指标改变。结果表明,不同适应水平群体中。c电图P波类型改变与海拔高度存在一定关系,海拔愈高,P波类型改变愈显著,并伴有心电图电轴右偏、顺钟向转位和右室高电压等指标的改变。
Seven parameters and P wave ofECG were shudied in 2941 subjects adapting to various altitudes (1400m, 2260m, 2500m, 3000m, 4000m, 4 570m, 4 850m, 5 180m). We found thatmore remarkable changes of P wave were associatedwith high altitude and followed right axis de'iation(RAD), clockwise transposition (CWT) and highvoltage of right ventricle. These are useful for diagnosing the pulmonary hypertension and analysingthe changes of P wave.
