摘要
目的客观、定量评估长期吸烟和重度饮酒对嗓音的危害。方法采用Dr.Speech软件对30例无烟酒嗜好的正常成人及90例有烟酒嗜好的健康成人元音信号进行检测,对基频微扰、振幅微扰和声门噪声值进行分析。结果声学参数基频微扰、振幅微扰和声门噪声值在有烟酒嗜好的人群中明显高于无烟酒嗜好者。结论长期吸烟和重度饮酒严重危害嗓音,计算机嗓音测试为临床嗓音的定量评估提供了客观依据。
Objective To evaluate the impacts of cigarette smoking and alcohol drinking on vocal function through an objective and quantitative option. Methods The Dr Speech Science for Windows software kit was employed to record and analyze the vowels produced by 30 normal subjects and 90 healthy adults with smoking and drinking habits. Differences in acoustic parameters (jitter, shimmer and NNE) between the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The values of Jitter, Shimmer and NNE were higher in those with smoking or drinking habits than in the normal subjects. Conclusion Chronic smoking and heavy drinking may be harmful to vocal function. Computerized assessment of noise energy provides an objective and quantitative evaluation of vocal function in clinical practices.
