摘要 研究了空心塑料颜料对涂布纸物理性能的影响,包括:光泽度、白度、不透明度、松厚度、平滑度,以及对印刷适性的影响。实验显示:用少量空心球塑料颜料代替基础配方中的瓷土可有效提高涂布纸的综合性能,由此可认为空心球塑料颜料是一种优良的涂布功能颜料。加入HP塑料颜料后的涂层在较低压光整饰条件下就能达到全矿物颜料在高整饰条件下的光学性能,并且提高了涂层的松厚度和印刷性能。 In this paper, we investigate the effect of hollow sphere plastic pigment on the physical properties of coated paper such as gloss, brightness, opacity, bulk thickness and smoothness and the influence on printability. The experiment results show that the over-all properties of the coated paper can be effectively improved after the porcelain clay in the base formulate was replaced by a small amount of hollow sphere plastic pigment, so it can be concluded that hollow sphere plastic pigment is a superior coating functional pigment. The coating after the addition of HP plastic pigment under the lower calendering condition reached the optical quality which the mineral pigment can reach under high finishing condition and the bulk thickness and printability of the coating were improved.
