脑白质疏松与脑梗死及认知障碍的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 对156例脑白质疏松(LA)和(或)腔隙性脑梗死、脑血栓形成患者进行分析。结果LA与脑梗死有高合并发生率;腔隙性脑梗死较脑血栓形成者对LA影响程度大(uc=1.856,P<0.05),但LA程度与认知障碍程度间无明显相关性(u=2.406,P>0.05)。提示LA、腔隙性脑梗死和脑血栓形成三者间存在互相影响,积极控制血管因素对防止疾病进行性发展有重要意义。
