摘要
根据国家最新公布的《封山(沙)育林技术规程》,即由GB/T15163-2004替代GB/T15163-1994后,因封山育林的对象、内容、技术、要求等发生了变化,因此要处理好以下新的问题:①封山育林的内涵及对象。②封山育林对象与适宜条件的关系。③与封育目的目标的关系。④与封山育林技术的关系。⑤与合格标准的关系。
According to Technique Regulations for Enclosure of Hillside for Regeneration which is newly issued by the state,namely GB/T15163-1994 substitute for GB/T 15163-2004,the paper points out that several new problems which need to be handled well because of the changes in objectives,content,technique and requirement of enclosure of hillside for regeneration are： 1.the connotation and objectives of the enclosure;2.relation of objectives of the enclosure with favorable conditions;3.relation with purposes and objectives;4.relation with techniques;5.relation with criteria for qualification.
