摘要
衡量教师专业发展有效性的准则可以概括为五个层次,依据这五个层次的指标所诊断出的有效的教师专业发展个案,其特征涉及教师专业发展的内容、过程和情境三个方面。
There are five levels indications in evaluating the effectiveness of teacher professional development. Based on these indications, effective teacher professional development programs are identified, which characteristics involve three fields, such as content, process and context.
