摘要 通过对影响马来酸酐系混凝土减水剂合成工艺的几种因素进行探讨,优化了马来酸酐系混凝土减水剂的合成工艺。通过试验得出:当使用用量为反应物重量4倍的甲苯作为带水剂,掺加5%~6%的自制复合催化剂时,酯化反应的酯化率较高;当选用分子量为600的聚乙二醇单甲醚作为聚合反应单体,酸醇比为6.32∶0,掺加5%的引发剂时,所制备的减水剂的性能较好,掺加减水剂的水泥净浆的初始流动度较高且经时流动度损失较小。 Several influence factors of synthesis process of maleic acid type concrete water reducer are discussed, so the process is optimized. Conclusion is drawn from test:when use toluene as water carrier, the amount of water carrier is four times of the amount of reactors, and use the catalyst synthesized in laboratory,the amount is 5%-6% of reactors,the high esterification rate is obtained;when use polyethylene glycol,the molecular weight of which is 600, the ratio of acid to alcohol is 6,3 : 16, add initiator, the amount is 5% of reactors, under the prior conditions, the property of the water reducer composed is excellent ,the initial fluidity of cement paste is high, and fluidity loss is much little.
