摘要
为了确保有机棉与竹纤维混纺针织纱的质量达到要求,针对两种纤维的性能特点,确定了合理的纺纱方案,优化配置了纺纱工艺。有机棉竹纤维混纺针织纱的纺制采用并条混和的工艺路线;生产中针对有机棉比常规细绒棉含短绒多、成熟度较差的特点制定工艺,针对竹纤维抱合力差的特点采取了相应的技术措施。通过优化工艺、加强管理,有机棉竹纤维混纺针织纱质量稳定。
To guarantee quality of organic cotton bamboo fiber blended knitting yarn and satisfy demands, reasonable spinning plan was got, spinning processing was optimized according to property specialty of two fibers. Slivering blending was adopted by organic cotton bamboo fiber blended knitting yarn, processing was designed according to the specialty of more short fibers and worse maturity of organic cotton, and relative technology measures were adopted according to the worse cohesion of bamboo fibers. Through optimizing processing, strengthening management, organic cotton bamboo fiber blended knitting yarn has stable quality.
