摘要
通过理论分析及实验研究讨论了傅立叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱仪测量排气系统中红外光谱辐射强度过程中误差产生的原因,设计了一套简易有效的测量方法.用此方法测量了黑体和热喷流的光谱辐射强度.结果表明:该测量方法能够有效地获得排气系统的中红外光谱辐射强度,具有工程实用价值.
The reasons of error occurred in measuring Mid-IR spectral radiant intensity of exhaust system with Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer was discussed through theoretical analysis and experimental research. A simple and efficient measurement method was also planned to measure the spectral radiant intensity of a blackbody and a hot plume. The results show that MidIR spectral radiant intensity of exhaust system could be measured effectively by this method,thus offering a high value of engineering practicability.
