摘要
通过对目前国内外电接触材料专利的检索和分析,发现涉及无镉Ag-MeO电接触材料的专利共有44项,其中在国内申请的Ag-MeO电接触材料的专利有17项,国外申请的Ag-MeO电接触材料的专利有27项。国内专利中主要的研究体系有:Ag-SnO2、Ag-CuO、Ag-ZnO、Ag-REO;主要的添加剂有:Bi2O3、In2O3、MnO、WO3、Ce2O3、La2O3、MgO、Gd2O3、Y2O3、TiO2等;主要的制备工艺有:粉末冶金法、合金内氧化法、反应合成法、化学共沉淀法、化学电镀法等。国外专利中主要的研究体系有:Ag-ZnO、Ag-SnO2、Ag-CeO2、Ag-MgO、Ag-In2O3等;主要添加剂有:Ni、CoO、MoO3、MnO、ZrO2、HfO2、TiO2、Bi2O3、GeO2、WO3、Sb2O3等;主要的制备工艺有:粉末冶金法和合金内氧化法。
The domestic and overseas patents of electrical contact materials are searched and analyzed in this paper. It's found that there are 44 items of patents about Ag-MeO electrical contact materials, among which 17 items are Chinese patents and 27 items are oversea patents. In our country, the main study systems include Ag-SnO2, Ag- CuO, Ag-ZnO, Ag-REO and the frequently used dopants include Bi2O3, InzO3, MnO, WO3, Ce2O3, La2O3, MgO, Gd2O3, Y2O3, TiO2 and so on. The main preparation technologies include powder metallurgy, alloy internal oxidation, reaction synthesis and chemical precipitation. In the overseas courtrles, the researchers mainly study the systems of Ag-ZnO, Ag-SnO2, Ag-CeO2, Ag-MgO, Ag-In2O3 and frequently use Ni, CoO, MOO3, MnO, ZrO2, HfO2, TiO2, Bi2O3, GeO2 ,WO3 ,Sb2O3 as dopants. The main fabrication technologies are powder metallurgy and alloy internal oxidation in the oversea countries.
