摘要
改革开放以来,我国建立了很多经济特区和经济技术开发区。二十年多来的实践证明,利用外资、引进技术确实推动了我国经济的迅速发展,但同时也产生了许多环境问题,特别是废物问题成了当今世界的严峻问题,对废物的处理和利用已日益成为环境科学亟待解决的问题之一,受到各国的重视。如何将这些废物资源化,一个较好的途径就是利用循环经济理论,在企业之间进行废物交换,建设生态工业园区。
Since the Reform and Opening policies, our country has built many economic special areas and economic technology development areas. It is proved through the practices in the past 20 years that using foreign capital and recommending technology really promote our economy＇ s rapidly development. While at the same time, it also produces many environmental problems, especially, waste problem has become a severe problem of the world. How to dispose and utilize waste has become one of the urgent need resolving problems in Environmental science. Waste problem is given mind by every country. How to change these waste into resources, it is a good way to use circular economy and change wastes between enterprises and build eco- industrial area.
