摘要
研究不同BMI类型的大学生自主性运动对于缓解应激状态的效果,对提高大学生的身心健康、培育新健康理念有很大的理论和实践价值。研究表明,提高自主性运动参与程度对改善大学生应激状态有明显的效果,其贡献主要来自于每周锻炼次数和锻炼时间的增加;通过运动实施程度的增加,减小BMI、特别是超重型大学生在运动过程中不断地实现减轻体重的目标,对减缓应激状态及增进以强健体魄、愉悦心智、活跃人际为内核的新健康有十分积极的作用。这一分析为高校体育课程改革及引导大学生科学健身、培育新健康理念提供了具有操作意义的理论依据。
The study on different BMI style of college student activities for relieving the state of stress,improving their physiology and psychology health and constructing new heath concept have great valuable for theory and practice. The result indicates that more activities including frequency and time are effective for improving their state of stress. Increasing activities and decreasing BMI especially for over fat students losing weight constantly during exercising are effective for relieving the state of stress and enhancing the new health concept that centers on strengthening build,enjoying and flourishing interpersonal relationship. This analysis provides operational theory basis for physical education courses reform in the universities ,leading the students exercising perfectly and constructing concept of new health.
