西双版纳州不明原因发热病人中巴尔通体感染情况调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解西双版纳州不明原因发热病人中,巴尔通体的感染情况。方法在所收集的100份不明原因发热病人的血清中,随机抽取58份用间接免疫荧光抗体测定法(IIFT)测定汉塞巴尔通体IgG抗体,剩下的42份用相同的方法测定五日热巴尔通体lgG抗体。结果汉塞巴尔通体的感染率为24.14%(14/58),五日热巴尔通体的感染率为7.14%(3/42)。结论汉塞巴尔通体感染率较高,其性别、年龄分布无显著性差异。而这些病人无一被临床确诊,其感染应该引起临床医生的重视。 Objective To realize the infection status of bartonellosis in patients with fever of unclear origin in Jighong. Method Collecting 100 serum in patients with fever of unclear origin, 58 of which were randomly chosen to detect Bartonella Henselae IgG antibody by indirect immunofluorescence test(IIFF), the other 42 serum were used to detect Bartonella Quintana IgG antibody by the same method. Results The infection rate of Bartonella Henselae was 24.14%(14/58).The infection rate ofBartonella Quintana was 7.14%(3/42). Conclusions The Bartonella Henselae's infection rate is higher, and the distribution of sex and age have not significant difference. None of them are deftnitely diagnosed clinically, so the infection status of Bartonella must be taken into account by clinicians.
