摘要
[目的]克服三七育种工作带来的困难,解决目前生产中存在的问题,培育高产、优质、高抗的三七品种。[方法]以盆栽三七为试验材料,采用花粉离体萌发法,对自然生长的三七花粉生活力进行测定研究,了解三七花粉在自然条件下的寿命。[结果]结果表明,三七初花期花粉萌发率较高,在恒温25℃条件下,0.6%琼脂+10.0%蔗糖+0.1%硼酸的培养基有利于花粉的萌发和花粉管的生长,低温(4℃)条件下可进行短期的花粉贮藏,延长花粉的寿命。[结论]该研究为三七优良种质资源的保存和人工育种工作提供了理论依据。
The study aimed to overcome the difficulty brought by breeding Panax notoginseng,solve present problems existed in production and breed P.notoginseng variety with high-yield,good-quality and high resistance.[Method] With potted P.notoginseng as tested material,the viability of P.notoginseng pollen growing in nature was determined and studied by pollen germination in vitro to know the life of P.notoginseng pollen under natural condition.[Result] P.notoginseng pollen germination rate was high in primary flowering stage and the medium with 0.6% agar+10.0% sucrose+0.1% boricacid was benefit to pollen germination and pollen tube growth at the constant temperature of 25 ℃.The pollen could be stored in short period at lower temperature of 4 ℃,which could prolong the pollen life.[Conclusion] The research supplied theoretical basis for the preservation of good germplasm resources and artificial breeding of P.notoginseng.
