摘要
对徐州3种石灰石和南京一种白云石进行了脱硫的加压热重试验.分析了石灰石脱硫反应的机理,当CO2分压低于CaCO3平衡分解压力时,CaCO3将发生分解,此时的硫化反应发生在CaO和SO2之间;当CO2分压高于CaCO3平衡分解压力时,Ca-CO3将不发生分解,直接与SO2发生硫化反应.得到了压力、石灰石品种、温度和SO2浓度等对钙利用率的影响规律。
The sulphur absorption capacities of three limestones from Xuzhou City and one dolomite from Nanjing City were determined by means of a pressurized thermogravimetric apparatus. The mechanism of sulfation reaction of limestone are analyzed. CaCO 3 will calcine at CO 2 partial pressure below the thermodynamic equilibrium pressure, then, CaO reacts with SO 2. When CO 2 partial pressure is higher than the thermodynamic equilibrium pressure, CaCO 3 does not calcine, it reacts with SO 2 directly. The effects of pressure, limestone kind, temperature and concentration of SO 2 on the sorbent conversion rate are investigated. Besides, the values of kinetics paramters are calculated.
