摘要
从哲学视角看,现代西方管理理论的一个基本局限在于,它背后所隐藏的机械论范式以及理性主义、实证主义等现代主义的分析方法。这种机械管理模式比较适合于一个相对稳定的环境,而越来越难以适应当今日趋复杂的、动态的全球商务环境。当今这种变化了的全球商务环境,迫切需要一种新的管理理念和模式。从有机进化论的角度看,这种新的管理理念和模式应包含如下一些基本内涵:自组织原理、非平衡原理、共同进化原理、复杂性原理和不确定性原理等。
From philosophical perspective, a fundamental limitation of modern management theory is that it is hidden behind the Mechanism paradigm and rationalism, the method of modern positivism. This mechanical model is more suitable to manage a very stable environment, and more difficult to adapt to today's increasingly complex, dynamic developments in the global business environment. There is an urgent need for a new management conception and mode in such a changing global business environment. From the point of organic evolutionism, this new management conception and mode should include the following basic principles:self-organization principle, nonequilibrium theory, co-evolution theory, complexity theory and other uncertainty principle.
