摘要
目的:探讨多排螺旋CT(MSCT)二维(MPR、MIP)和三维(VR、SSD)重建技术在肩胛骨骨折中的应用价值。方法:对54例肩胛骨骨折患者进行MSCT扫描后,通过特殊的CT图像处理软件包在工作站上进行后处理(MPR、MIP、VR及SSD),得到肩胛骨骨折部位高清晰度的二维和三维图像后,从不同角度观察骨折线走行、骨折移位、成角情况,依据三维图像进行骨折分型及模拟手术入路。结果:MSCTMPR、MIP、VR、SSD重建图像所显示的骨折部位、移位、成角等情况与术中所见一致。结论:MSCT二维及三维重建图像显示肩胛骨骨折的图像直观、清晰地展示了解剖结构复杂部位骨折,明确骨折线的部位、形态、断端移位情况及空间关系,可作为术前肩胛骨骨折的重要检查方法之一,为临床手术治疗提供重要依据。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction in diagnosis of scapular fracture. Methods Fifty-four patients of scapular fracture were examined with MSCT reconstructions performed at the computer workstation. The courser, displace and angulation of fractures were observed from different points of view, then the types of fracture were determined and operative approaches were simulated according to CT three-dimensional images. Results The courser displace and angulation of fractures determined on CT three-dimension images correlated well with the situation of oper-ation. Conclusion CT three-dimenstion is of application value in diagnosis, classification of scapular fracture as well as the selection of appreciate operative approach, and might be one of the most important preoperative examinations for scapular fractures.
