产业集群的不断演进并不是一种绝对的范式，而只是一种理想、完美的相对状态，它同样也存在着风险，其中最为主要的最为根本的风险就是网络风险，通过对产业集群网络风险构成因素的探讨，希望我们可以更为深刻理解产业集群网络风险。
The evolution of industrial cluster is not really one kind of absolute canonical form, but is only one kind of ideal, consummate relative state. It also has risks, among which the ultimate risk is the network risk. By discussing the composing factors of network risk for industrial cluster in the paper, we can understand deeply the network risk of industrial cluster.
