摘要
高速铁路的发展,对与之配套的铁路轴承提出了更高的要求,需进一步提高滚锥轴承的寿命,降低振动与噪声。通过对滚锥轴承套圈滚道终加工采用的超精研磨机理和超精研磨加工原理的分析,对滚锥轴承套圈滚道超精加工油石参数进行试验研究,选择出滚锥轴承套圈滚道超精加工合理工艺参数,从而有效的降低了滚锥轴承滚道表面粗糙度,提高了滚锥轴承滚道表面质量,取得了较好的效果。
As the development of high-speed railway, we must raise the requirements of the mating beating, we need to increase the service life and reduce the noise and vibration of taper-roller bearing. By the analysis of super finishing of taper-roller bearing rollaway nest, and research on oil stone, we select the reasonable process parameters. By this means, we have got a better effect, the surface roughness of rollaway nest is reduced effectively, and the surface quality is increased.
