摘要
分析了水电企业信息系统在安全技术措施和安全管理方面存在的潜在威胁，提出了管理与技术并举，从物理安全、网络安全、应用安全、数据安全、安全管理制度等层面进行安全防护的信息网络安全防护体系方案。
This paper analyzes the potential dangers existing in the information system of the water conservancy and hydropower enterprises in terms of safety and security measures and puts forward a new approach combined with both managerial and technical means with due emphasis on planning and scheming of the physical security, network security, application security, data security management.
