摘要
城市特色与城市设计是当前城市建设的热点问题,如何在我国城市建设的高潮中,通过有效手段保护、继承和发展本国城市的特色已成为城市设计的重要内容.结合山东省烟台市中心城区改造的实践,从城市设计的原则和依据等方面,对我国沿海城市中心城区的空间形态重塑进行了初步探讨.
The city feature and the city design are the hot issues in the current city construction. How to protect, inherit and develop the features of city through effective means in the high tide of the city construction in China has become the important contents of the city design. Combined with the practice of the center city area reformation of the Yantai in Shandong Province, the problem of remolding the space appearance of the littoral city center urban area in China is discussed from the aspects of the city design principles and foundations.
