摘要
利用喷涂的方法在有机玻璃板上喷涂纳米涂层制备了透射显示屏,测试了光学性能曲线,研究了纳米材料的粒径对显示屏亮度系数、可视角的影响。研究发现,纳米涂层显示屏的综合光学性能比常规尺寸涂层有很大的提高。纳米颗粒尺寸并非越小越好,尺寸较小时,显示屏的亮度系数较高,可视角较小。颗粒较大时,显示屏的亮度较低、可视角较大。对于增益和可视角之间的矛盾关系,可以通过调整纳米材料的粒子尺寸来得到较佳的光学性能配合。
The application of a new functional nano-material film spraying on the luminance coefficient and view angle, of the screen were measured to investigate display screen was studied. Optical properties, such as the size effects of the nano-material. The results show that the optical properties of nano-material film improve notably compared with that of the traditional size particle ones. The size of nano-materials is not the smaller, the better optical properties. When the diameter of nano particle is 20nm, the luminance coefficient is high and view angle low, which is due to whether the light can be round the particles. With increasing of particle diameters, luminance coefficients decrease and view angles increase. To solve the contradictory relationship between luminance and view angle, suitable nano-particle sizes should be chosen through different heat treatment procedures. The scattering and transmission mechanism between nano-particles and light were also discussed.
