摘要
本文将直线电机用于中凸变椭圆活塞数控车削的X轴进给,设计了永磁直线电机伺服系统结构,建立了永磁直线电机的数学模型,采用PMAC的PID+速度/加速度前馈控制算法作为直线电机位置控制算法,将一弹簧阻尼施力装置加载于直线电机进给平台,用来模拟直线电机在加工中凸变椭圆活塞时所受切削力,试验结果验证了系统控制算法的合理性和可行性。
This paper introduced the application of linear motor to irregular surface turning technology for middle-bulged varying ellipse piston, and designed the configuration of permanent magnet linear servo system, established the model of permanent magnet linear motor servo system. The algorithm of velocity and acceleration control for linear motor based on PMAC was proposed. The result of experiment, where the system of spring and damping was used to push and pull on the linear motor which simulated the cutting force, demonstrates the control algorithm is effective.
