摘要 以尼龙1010为基体,用硅烷偶联剂(KH—550)有机化处理过的氧化铝(Al2O3)为增强剂,进行氧化铝(Al2O3)/尼龙1010复合材料剪切性能实验.使用HITACHI S-3000N电子显微镜(SEM)观察、分析试件断面形貌.实验发现氧化铝(Al2O3)能有效改变其复合材料的剪切强度.当氧化铝(Al2O3)含量为10%时,氧化铝(Al2O3)/尼龙复合材料的剪切强度达到最大值;但随着氧化铝(Al2O3)质量分数的增加,剪切强度不断下降.影响剪切强度的主要因素是氧化铝颗粒与尼龙之间的界面强度.尼龙中填充氧化铝(Al2O3)降低了复合材料的塑性. In this paper ,study on the shearing behaviors of nylon 1010 composite filled with micron- Al2O3 powder were carried on, in which KH-550 (silane coupling agents) was applied to make surface treatment on micron- Al2O3 powders. The shearing area of composite was observed with the help of SEM( HITACHI S-3000N). The experimental results showed that micron- Al2O3 powder had an effect on decreasing the shearing strength of composite in a certain range of contents. First when the mass percentage of Al2O3 was 10%, the shearing strength of the composites was the largest. The main affected element of the shearing strength is interface strength between Al2O3 powder and nylon 1010. It is found that Nylon 1010 filled with Al2O3 powder also decreases the ductility of it.
