摘要
为了研究激光预热玻璃温度场分布,采用实验和数值计算相结合的方法,利用红外热像仪测温装置,对普通钠钙平板玻璃试件在CO2激光辐照下表面的温度进行了测量,并利用热电偶对红外热像仪进行了校正,得到了真实的温度场,对实验和理论计算进行了比较。结果表明,实验得到的温度变化规律与数值计算基本一致。
In order to investigate the temperature distribution of the soda-lime glass irradiated by laser beam, experimental and numerical computing method was used. The temperature distribution of the soda-lime glass on the surface of the heated region under CO2 laser irradiation was measured with the thermovision infrared system. The thermocouple device was used to correct the thermovision infrared system, so the real temperature distribution was obtained. The result showed that the experimental temperature transformation was in accordance with the numerical computing.
