摘要
目的探讨蛋白芯片检测多种肿瘤标志物对卵巢肿瘤的诊断价值。方法用蛋白芯片检测系统分析测定51例卵巢癌患者、82例卵巢良性病变患者和100名健康体检者血清中4种常见肿瘤标志物糖类抗原(CA)125、CA153、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)的水平。结果卵巢癌的CA125阳性率为86.2%,显著高于卵巢良性病变组(57.3%)和健康组(2%)(P<0.05)。结论运用蛋白芯片联合检测多种肿瘤标志物明显提高卵巢癌诊断的敏感性,适合门诊患者和卵巢癌高危人群的筛查。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multi-tumor markers protein biochip detective system for ovary cancer. Methods The serum levels of 4 common tumor markers, including CA125,CA153,AFP and β-HCG were measured with the detective system in 51 ovary cancer patients, eighty-two patients with benigh ovary disease and 100 healthy examinations. Results The CA125 positive rate was 86.2 %, 57.3 % and 2 % in ovary cancer, benigh ovary disease and healthy groups, respectively. The ovary cancer group had significantly higher positive rate than that of the controls (P〈0.05). Conclusion Multi-tumor markers protein biochip detective system can significantly increase the diagnostic sensitivity for ovary cancer. As its specificity and positive predictive value were lower. It is more suitable to be used as a surveying tool for symptomless people, especially for high risk people for ovar.v cancer.
