摘要
以环己酮和1,3-丙二硫醇为原料,TiSiW12O40/TiO2作催化剂,合成了一种新型香料化合物1,5-二硫杂螺[5,5]十一烷,并用元素分析、IR、1HNMR对其结构进行表征。结果表明,n(环己酮)∶n(1,3-丙二硫醇)=1.0∶1.2,催化剂用量约为环己酮质量的4%,反应3 h,目标产物的收率为86.5%。催化剂无需处理可直接重复使用8次以上。
A new aroma chemical, cyclohexanone 1, 3 - dithiopropanol ketal (1, 5 - dithio- spiro [5, 5] undecane) was synthesized using cyclohexanone and 1, 3 - dithiopropanol as raw material, and TiSiW12O40/TiO2 as catalyst. Its structure was characterized by IR and ^1HNMR spectra and elemental analysis. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows: the mole ratio of cyclohexanone to 1, 3 - dithiopropanol is 1.0 : 1.2 ; amount of catalyst to cyclohexanone is 0. 04: 1 ; reaction time is 3 h. The yield of targeted compound achieves 86.5 %. The catalyst can be re - used for more than 8 times without the loss of activity.
