摘要
通过两种工艺试验证明,采用保护气氛加热入缓冷筒冷却进行收缩齿轮内孔的方法,较好地解决了从动齿轮因孔大超差报废问题,使90%的齿轮达到了产品技术要求。
In this paper, two kinds of heat treament process tests are introduced. The results show that shrinking inner hole of driven gears is conducted by heating with protective atmosphere and cooling in the iron tube-shaped container for slowly cooling gears, the exceeded tolerance problem of inner hole of driven gears can be better solved, and 90% driven gears can meet the needs of technology reguirement of the production.
