摘要 交界线借用和交界线扩展是工件在液态介质中淬火冷却时经常发生的事情。为防止交界线的扩展和借用,提出了隔离堤法。为证实隔离堤的作用,做了6个不同的验证试验。试验证明了隔离堤具有防止交界线扩展的作用,而隔离堤本身却不会诱导超前扩展点。分析了隔离堤防止交界线扩展的作用机理。最后展望了隔离堤法在精细淬火冷却技术中的作用。 Borrowing demarcation line and demarcation line spreading are common phenomena in processes of workplece quenching in liquid. In order to prevent the demarcation line from spreading and being borrowed, the isolation dyke method has been put forward. For the purpose of verification of the function of the isolation dyke 6 different proving tests have been made. The results show that the isolation dyke has a preventing effect on the spreading of the demarcation line, and at the same time, the isolation dyke itself cannot induce advanced spreading point. The mechanism of the preventing effect of the isolation dyke on the spreading of the demarcation line was analyzed. Besides, the prospects for the application of the isolation dyke in fine quenching techniaue were nresented.
