摘要
介绍玉振熹教授论治小儿反复呼吸道感染性疾病的经验。玉振熹教授认为小儿生理病理特点、外邪侵袭以及调养、医护失宜是造成该病的主要因素,并将本病分为3期论治:急性发作期多作"咳嗽"辨证论治;迁延缓解期多从"虚症"治疗;调理巩固期多用药膳食疗为特点。
The article introduces the experience of professor YU Zhen-xi＇s treating children＇s respiratory tract infection. Professor Yu holds that three main factors contribute to this kind of disease. There are the physiological and pathological conditions of children;the invasion of outside pathogens and the unreasonable food and medical care. The treatment for this disease will process three periods：the acute concurrent period can be treated according to syndrome dlfferentiations;the chronic period from the insufficiency syndrome; the consolidate period by using the medical food therapy.
