摘要 根据变工况的特点分析符号有向图(SDG)模型在变工况环境中的应用问题。某些工业过程的运行工况频繁变动,使得基于单一稳态工况的节点模式失效,而其运行参数的正常值却未因工况变动而变动。给出变工况节点模式参数正常值的数学表达和SDG故障诊断方法;以实际算例说明了变工况环境对故障诊断的影响。 The application problem of sign directed graph (SDG) models under varying load conditions of industrial processes is being analyzed according to the processes' particularities. Some industrial processes are subjected to frequent load variations, and each typical mode of operation has its own stable state, which also corresponds to a particular node pattern of the SDG model with all the node patterns being different from one-another. The mathematical expression of under varying load conditions of node patterns, as well as the SDG way of fault diagnosing, are given;where with the processes' degree of stability under varying load condition can be on-line ascertained with the help of a stability factor. Taking a deaerator as an example, the influence of load varying condition on SDG diagnosing is being discussed.
