摘要
适应当前高等教育工作重点由规模扩张向质量提高的转变,必须高度关注学科专业结构调整,充分认识高校学科专业设置现状、存在的问题及学科专业结构调整的重要性与紧迫性,理清学科专业结构调整的基本思路,培养适应社会需求和学生自我发展需要的高素质专门人才。
To adapt ourselves to the shift of the key emphasis of higher education from scope extension to quality improvement, we must pay close attention to the structure adjustment of disciplines and specialties, distinctively recognize the present condition and existing problems in this respect as well as the importance and urgency of the structure adjustment of disciplines and specialties in universities, sort out the fundamental train of thought in this adjustment so as to cultivate high-quality talents to meet the needs of the society and students＇ self-improvement.
