摘要
目的测定不同产地蜂胶中总黄酮的含量,为蜂胶的质量控制提供更多依据。方法以芦丁为对照品,用分光光度法测定不同产地蜂胶中总黄酮的含量。结果山东产的蜂胶中总黄酮的含量最高。结论该方法可靠,测定结果能反映客观实际,可以作为蜂胶质量控制指标之一。
Objective By determining the content of total flavonoids in propolis from different areas to provide more bases for the quality control of propolis. Methods Rutin was used for comparison, spectrophotometry was employed to determine the content of total flavonoids in propolis from different areas. Results The content of total flavonoids is the highest in the propolis produced in Shandong province. Conclusion This method is reliable, and the result can objectively reflect the reality. It can be used as an index for quality control of propolis.
