摘要
探讨大量元素N、P、K及微量元素Zn、Mn、B对冬小麦的产量及品质的影响。以小麦品种周麦18号为供试材料,于2004-2005年在周口市郊区进行了2年随机排列的定位试验,研究了大量和微量元素肥料对冬小麦产量和品质的影响。N、P、K和Zn、Mn、B对小麦产量和品质均有一定的影响,N作用最大,其次是P和Zn,K、Mn和B作用较小。N对提高蛋白质、湿面筋含量有显著作用,但对出粉率、沉淀值有一定降低作用。P、K及Zn、Mn、B对小麦品质的影响趋势相同,均对出粉率有提高作用,而对湿面筋和沉淀值有降低作用。N肥对小麦产量及蛋白质和湿面筋含量有显著作用,但施用量不宜过大,在周口地区应控制在172.5 kg/hm^2左右。
Tne study aimed to discuss the influence of macroelements of N, P and K and microelements of Zn, Mn and B on the yield and quality of winter wheat. With the wheat variety Zhoumai No. 18 as tested material, the located experiments with random arrangement was conducted for 2 years in the suburbs of Zhoukou city in 2004 - 2005 to study the influence of macr and microelements fertilizers on the yield and quality of winter wheat. N, P, K and Zn, Mn, B all had some influences on the yield and quality of wheat,with the influence of N being greatest,next for P and Zn and the influence of K,Mn and B being little. N had significant effects on enhancing protein and wet gluten contents, but had some decreasing effect on the flour yield and precipitate value. Tne influence trends of P,K and Zn,Mn,B on the wheat quality were same. They all had some increasing effect on the flour yield and decreasing effect on wet gluten content and precipitate. N fertilizer had significant effect on the yield and protein and wet gluten contents of wheat,but its application amount was not suitable to be too great,which should be controlled at about 172.5 kg/hm^2 in Zhoukou area.
